All the orders are to be Shipped Direct From Herbalife Distribution Centers.

• For PO Boxes, your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days).
• We ship to all 50 states of the United States and District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Overseas Territories and United States Military Addresses via FedEx or United States Postal Service.
  
  

Over 99% of Herbalife orders are delivered to customers within 3 business days using FedEx Home Delivery / Ground Service.

Shoptoshape.com process your orders quickly to ensure the fastest possible delivery. However, it is still up to FedEx and other couriers to get the products to you within 3 to 5 business days.
If faster shipping is needed, please select the FedEx 2Days Economy.

*Because we ship directly from Herbalife Distribution Centers which are closed on weekends, orders placed over the weekend (may include Mondays) could be delayed up to 1 business day.
Holiday weekends can delay order shipments as well.

Shipping Tips:

• Next Day orders are delivered Monday through Friday.
• 2Day orders are delivered Monday through Friday.
• Ground orders are delivered Tuesday through Saturday.
• Orders placed after Friday 12PM Eastern Time are considered Monday orders.
• Next Day and 2Day orders are not delivered on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Ground orders are not delivered on Mondays.

Herbalife Distribution Center procedures:

• USPS Priority Mail will be used for PO Box addresses.
• Orders placed before 12PM Eastern Time are usually shipped same day during normal operations.*
• Orders placed after 12PM Eastern Time are usually shipped the next day during normal operations.*
• *Exceptions: Holidays, beginning and end of the month, and weekends may delay your order up to 3 business days.
• Once your order has been processed, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; although we will work with you, FedEx and Herbalife to get it replaced.
• Herbalife Distribution Centers ship orders Monday to Friday.
