Usage

- F1 chocolate n vanilla are my flavors rich in taste, not gritty, mix well, I make my as a smoothie with fruit n water n 1 scoop of the protein drink mix. Its smooth yummy n holds hungry around 3hrs. It's the best one I've tried

I find the formula 1 Nutritional shake mix very convenient and the multivitamins for women, taken daily I find health wise it has all the nutrients and multivitamins a body requires for everyday life.

- Lost 1 stone using Herbalife protein shake as part of a balanced diet. Menu plan has been sent to me from supplier which helped massively to keep on track and vary my diet.. I love the Dutch Chocolate Formula 1 Meal replacement drink. It taste like Chocolate milk but with all
the added vitamins and nutrients needed to sustain one throughout the day. You know when you drink this

Not sure if anyone else has tried them - Formula 1 Mug Cake... So good and hardly cheating.
2 scoops Formula 1 (+ personalized protein powder if desired)
2 tbsp (or so to get the right consistency - cake batter)
1 egg
spray mug with cooking spray or wipe with olive oil
add all contents
Mix...
Microwave 2 minutes.. remove from cup and enjoy.
Very good with greek yogurt on top!
Chocolate... pumpkin... vanilla... cookies and cream... so far so good.... you can get creative and add peanut butter or fruit to your yogurt! - Taste like cake!
