Banana Bread Shake

Banana Fruit Shake is a good source of iron, calcium, zinc, vitamins B1, B2, B6 and C.

Ingredients: 
2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix 
1-2 scoops Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
1/2 very ripe banana
A few drops vanilla extract
1 dash cinnamon
4 ice cubes

Banana Bread Shake

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

Calories: 270
Protein: 30 grams
Fat: 1 gram

Blueberry Muffin Shake

A health sensation, packed with the goodness of blueberries and cranberries.

Ingredients
2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix 
1-2 scoops Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup low-calorie cranberry juice
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
A few drops orange extract
4 ice cubes

Blueberry Muffin Shake

Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

Strawberry-Kiwi Shake

Strawberries are loaded with vitamin C and fiber. and kiwis are high in vitamins and fiber, too. Together the strawberries and kiwis are a couple of real smoothies. 

Ingredients: 
2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix 
1-2 scoops Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk 
1/2 cup frozen whole strawberries
1 very ripe kiwi, peeled
1/8 teaspoon lemon extract
4 ice cubes

Strawberry-Kiwi Shake

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
